Pocket Personal First Aid Kit (PFAK)

This kit is designed to fit into a standard cargo pant pocket or a small 0.5L pouch. It focuses on minor injuries and blister prevention to keep you moving on the trail.

Item Quantity Purpose
Adhesive Bandages (Assorted) 6-10 Minor cuts and scrapes.
Hydrocolloid Blister Pads 3 Deep blister treatment (e.g., Compeed).
Leukotape P / Zinc Oxide Tape 1m (re-rolled) Blister prevention and securing dressings.
Sterile Gauze Pads (5cm x 5cm) 3 Larger abrasions or cleaning wounds.
Wound Closure Strips 1 pack Closing deep linear cuts (Steri-Strips).
Antiseptic Wipes 6 Cleaning skin around a wound.
Ibuprofen (200mg) 6 tabs Pain and inflammation.
Paracetamol (500mg) 6 tabs Fever and general pain.
Loperamide 4 tabs Management of acute diarrhea.
Antihistamine 4 tabs Allergic reactions and stings.
Fine-tip Tweezers 1 Splinter and tick removal.
Nitrile Gloves 1 pair Personal protection.
Safety Pins 2 Emergency gear repair or securing bandages.
